Greetings to my beloved flist! I'm sorry I haven't posted anything in so long, but real life has been kicking my @$$ lately. Here's what I've been dealing with ... if you care to know ...
-Family drama, specifically dealing with some particularly cutting remarks made to me by ... my grandma. Yes, you heard me. So much for cookie-making and spoiling, huh? *sarcasm* :-/
-My wallet was stolen from my work. So I've been changing all my account info and replacing all my cards.
So basically, I've been dealing with some sh-t I could've done without. I so desperately want to get on here and rant and squee about so many things, but right now I gotta focus on getting everything back on the right track. *adjusts belt à la Matt Foley* it's a little inside, I know
Yet even in spite of all the crap that's been thrown at me, there are things for me (and you) to look forward to:
-He's Just Not That Into You caps

-TWILIGHT CAPS!!! Yep, that's right ... they're comin' soon kids, so hold tight O:)

Greetings to my cherished (and ever-growing) flist! I've been wanting to make this post for a LONG time & I'm so glad I finally can. Effective immediately ...
I purchased a paid MegaUpload account a few weeks ago and have been gradually updating all of the links so they won't break anymore. So you should never again have to deal with the hassle of a broken link. If you have trouble downloading from MegaUpload for another reason, just leave me a comment and I can upload the file to another program.
In addition to pwning the links, my BFF poeland helped me update the layouts of each post so the rules are condensed in a format I hope you'll find easier to read.
I'm glad to finally be posting THREE movies which I hope you all will enjoy. I also have lots of other movies & shows I'm working on, so always keep checking back for more goodness!

There was an overwhelming response to my mod post and I want to say a sincere THANK YOU to all of you. You obviously want shadow_graphix to keep running & so do I! I asked for "the love" and you guys delivered! ♥
I definitely want this to be an awesome graphics community, so I wanted to extend another "friendly challenge" to all of you, but this one should be much more fun to do.
I wanted to let you know some of the projects I'm considering and wanted you guys to weigh in! I have lots of options for movies and shows to cap, but the priority level I do each of these in can be up to you guys! The more votes something gets, the faster I'll try (my able best) to get the caps into the community in a timely manner. Check it out!
Behind the cut is a list of movies and TV shows I either own (or have easy access to) that I want to cap & post eventually. I'm planning to do Hairspray and Transformers next, but everything else is fair game. Please comment so I know what to work on! O:)

Just wanted to say a heart-felt THANK YOU for making this community over 100 members (and counting)! I'm so glad to have all of you to share caps with!
On a more serious note, however, I would like to issue a friendly reminder to ALL members (new and old) ... Every post that I've made carries the reminder to "comment if taking." I've noticed a pattern of people only leaving comments when the links are broken. While I do appreciate it, this is not the kind of commenting I'm looking for.
I spend HOURS capping, thinning and uploading these caps to share them with all of you. I enjoy doing this and all I am asking in return is a comment that takes 30 seconds to write. I don't expect you to write poetry, just let me know that you like them.
Comments serve as feedback to me. It allows me to know what kind of movies/shows you guys like so I can get a feel for what's "in high demand." Believe me, I wanna package what you kids want! I can't do this without your comments, it's that simple.

So I issue you a friendly "challenge" : If you enjoy the graphics I provide here and want to keep shadow_graphix up and running, please respond to this post and let me know YOU CARE! I want to keep sharing my graphics, but I will "lay the pimp hand down" if I have to, but I sincerely hope it doesn't come to that.

Though I consider myself "the capping queen," I do have my human limitations. Fortunately for me, I have an amazing BFF who helps me with the cap-making "load."
Frequently, you will see caps posted here made by my BFF poeland. It is therefore important that you check who to credit very carefully. I trust all of you will give her caps all the credit and appreciation you've always given to me.
In addition to following the "guest guidelines" as I will now refer to them, please also check my tags for "guest caps : poeland" if you're ever in doubt as to who to credit.

Welcome to Shadow Graphics, my home for screencaps! After much thought and deliberation, I decided that my cap-making skills deserved their own graphics journal!
This graphic journal is Flocked not because I'm trying to be difficult, but I enjoy building a flist (and weeding out any trolls). I really love making screencaps of TV shows & movies and getting to share them with all of you.
